Exceptional location, good breakfast by the lake, great room, accommodating staff, fine restaurant nearby.

Nestled by a stunning lake, this hotel provides a serene backdrop for a relaxing vacation. Located ten minutes from the old town center, it offers easy access to shopping and dining. the hotel provides exceptional service, with friendly and approachable staff. the comfortable room provides an opportunity to unwind and appreciate the sprawling view of the lake. the restaurant's offerings are a treat, though closed on Mondays, with carefully crafted dishes in an elegant setting for a memorable dining experience.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the picturesque outdoor seating overlooking the lake more than makes up for it.

We loved the exceptional view from our junior suite's balcony. The location on the shore of Lake Annecy was so peaceful and just ten minutes from the city center. The staff were extremely courteous, passionate and helpful. The breakfast served on the balcony was definitely worth the fee.

Great Views and Friendly Staff

The hotel had lovely views of the lake and the staff were very friendly. the hotel's location was convenient and easy to find.

The food was poor quality and overpriced for what we received, and the room was not as clean as we expected it to be. The hotel also didn't offer a lot of additional amenities, and we found ourselves wishing for more options during our stay.

Amazing private beach access and sauna, along with delicious food at the restaurant. the view from the hotel was breathtaking, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. the fresh pastries and juices were a great way to start the day, and the breakfast on the balcony was a must-try.

The road leading to the hotel was a bit narrow and dangerous, making it difficult for those with cars. the bathtub and sinks in the room had some drainage issues.
